This is an excellent AMD processor. I used to be an Intel lover but I think I've turned to AMD. I'm very pleased with the last 2 CPUs I've purchased.
Read instructions carefully before installation. They are very clear but you don't want to screw a $200 CPU.
It's usually very quiet.
The only con I have is that when you do high consuming processes (or video games) the fan turns a little noisy.
The good thing is you never feel it's overheating.

I havent found any cons with AMD at all I love the Phenom Quad Core Setup with the Asus M4A79T Deluxe. The only problem Ive had was with the new windows 7 not running right.

Got the chip farely fast but it was damaged pins were bent and the chip was unusable so i ended up buying a brand new one from a more reputable seller.
i will NEVER BUY FROM THIS DEALER AGAIN!.
MY MONEY WAS HARD EARNED AND TOTALLY ROBBED!.
