Setteled on this product (Intel T9300) after a backorder fiasco with another reatailer not associated with Amazon.com. At the time, this seller had the hard to find item I was looking for in stock, well over a hundred dollars cheaper than their "overcharging because of availability" competitors, and in new condition (a plus, I almost considered used.) Arrived in good time and I had it installed for me by a local company (though they weren't good enough to have Artic Silver grease in stock, but even with so-so grease temps are better as well as perfomance in my GatewayFX P-6860.) The only thing that threw me off was the actual packaging for the chip (shipping seems safe but just a small plastic box with the chip's pins drivin into foam,) but my installer was satisfied and a succesful install came out of it (I'm typing on it now, my main computer.) My wife's GatewayFX laptop is newer and faster than mine, but when it comes time to upgrade her cpu, I'll check Amazon for this seller. Stellar.
